now there is

another spot to say hello to when i get home
another marker to make
another black ribbon to put in my hair
more tears to fall
more screams
a greater feeling of neglect
a more resounding need to throw something

and all the more reason to stay quiet, to ball it all up and let it build so that when this wall comes down it will bury everything in its path.
